Upon recommendation of the Joint Local Rules Commission, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky propose to amend certain Joint Local Rules of Civil Practice and Joint Local Rules of Criminal Practice as they relate to attorneys practicing before the courts who are disciplined by their admitting or licensing authorities.  The proposed rules amendments have been released for a period of public comment through June 30, 2015.  For information about the proposed rules amendments and where to direct comments, CLICK HERE.
